Monday was really the only day of nice weather we had during spring break. The rest of the week was rainy and too cool. Tuesday I had to take the van in for an oil change which turned into fixing the brakes as well, so were stuck at home that day. We spent a few hours at the pool one day, worked on some PTO projects, the big kids camped out (in the rain) and played with friends a couple days, but pretty much kept things low key.
Aaron took Friday off as well to do mulch (see I told you it was an exciting week) and we got to shoot off a re-loadable rocket in the late afternoon...
...except for after it went shooting up like a banshee into the clouds, we never saw it come down. You would think that with 7 people scouring the sky in all different directions that we would have seen something, but no--oops, guess we won't be re-loading that one.
