Spunky Adam had a great birthday this year! It's been quite a year for this guy, growing into his independence and big-boyhood. He can give us a run for our money any day, refusing to get in the car when we're running late for an appointment, but he is also so helpful, often volunteering to set the table when the big kids aren't excited to do their dinner job. Adam's interest in letters and numbers has exploded just since the beginning of the year and he can now proudly write his own name.
After the kids were off to school, we babysat a few little friends. Then we were off to Chick-fil-a for lunch and brought home another friend (Adam Drake) for the afternoon.
When the big kids got home we enjoyed some outside time and Adam showed off his four year old muscles.
The birthday boy requested a ninja turtle cake-I think he might have seen part of a ninja turtle movie, but the real motivation for this is the couple ninja turtle items we have (a toy cell phone and cereal bowl) that get fought over a lot at this house.
