Through the Traffic and Around the Beltway to Grandma's Apartment We Go!

It's been (mostly) fun to head up north to hang out with Grandma and Grandpa this summer.  Sometimes things like I-95 traffic, and siblings making noises, and fighting over who gets to sit by Leo, etc makes us grumpy.

Apparently we need to ask Adam how many shoes he has on before we leave anywhere.  He only wore one on this trip and we didn't realize it until we were 40 minutes into our drive!  At least he had two socks to protect his feet from all our walking activities.
We thought we were going to a really cool park, but it ended up being a regular park, but we were really just happy to be out of the car!
The popcorn lady:)

Porter was excited to be connected even tho he and Andrew were on far apart pillars?

We also found this cool, old railroad bridge that was built pre-Civil War and completely made of iron.
