...aka Super Tuesday and since they decided last minute to close all the schools for voting, we had to come up with some way to entertain our kids on their day off. I had never heard of this museum in DC. Aside from the fact that we missed our exit downtown and got lost without a GPS and took an extra hour to get there, it was actually a very fun outing!
We had a pretty good size group-the Riggs, Cooks, Boulters, and Reads. Leo liked opening and closing the window in the play house.
Adam loved these huge waffle blocks. Jane's creation with her friends Halle and Taya.
All the kids enjoyed these large blue blocks. We could have stayed a lot longer if our parking wasn't going to expire.

We climbed to the 3rd floor just to see the gorgeous view. Adam couldn't turn around even for a picture-stinker! The building itself was quite majestic. I almost felt bad letting my kids run wild and climb pillars, but it was very kid friendly.

We had the navy dentist corps 100th birthday there. It was much fancier then. It looked like it was more fun though when you went. :)
