Paul's

Muna took me and the little boys to Quincy, Pennsylvania for a family history trip toward the end of November.  Her mother, Lillian Black, grew up here and she and her siblings come back to visit multiple times a year.  It's a very special place full of fond memories, especially now that GG Black has passed on.  She took us past Pryor farms where they buy peaches and apples.  Then we visited Paul's, a quaint Menonite store where you can get lots of country treasures.  She treated us to homemade sandwiches after we did our shopping.

Then we drove to the house where GG Black grew up and past GG Black's parents' barn that is still in use.  Muna also pointed out other houses on our tour, where aunts and uncles and great grandparents lived and even the building that was used as a chapel where GG Black met  Grandpa Leo Black for the first time.  It was such a pleasant trip and I was thankful that she wanted to share this with me.
