Happy Birthday Andrew!

Our first grader turned seven this year! We were excited to celebrate with Andrew on his special day. He is such a needed boy in our family! Andrew is a pretty logical kid which makes him easy to reason with. He likes to play computer games and monopoly. He loves to deal with 'cash' and has become quite fascinated with numbers. He likes to play with calculators and his favorite subject is math. In fact he got a few math workbooks for Christmas and while the rest of the family had an angry birds game with real boxes and real stuffed angry birds, Andrew sat contentedly at the table working in his new books. Go figure! He is also a sweet boy that hugs his mother before bed every night and is very obedient. His favorite color is black and he likes bow ties.

Andrew invited a few friends over for a party where they enjoyed playing a few minute-to-win-it games.

The funniest game was having them try to wiggle an oreo from their foreheads into their mouths without using their hands.

Andrew discovered last year in a pie tasting activity that he loves key lime pie and so that's what he chose for a birthday dessert.
