This and that from Summer

When we arrived home from our family vacation, Muna and Papa were staying at our house since there had been a huge storm (that blew the rest of our tree down) with extended power outages and their A/C unit hadn't fared well. It was so fun to have some company! And the kids really enjoyed the attention, which they got a lot of since Muna was recovering from foot surgery and was pretty much confined to the couch.

Chick-fil-a day! The kids dressed up and we headed out for some free chicken-always a treat!

Visiting GG Black at her apartment-despite her short term memory loss, Aaron's grandmother is always in good spirits and eager to talk with each of the children. Amazing for 91!

What could be better than a sleepover with cousins and complete access to the tater tots?!?! YUM!!

After walking past this curious machine on many occasions, the boys finally tried the daunting "hurricane simulator". Honestly, it was a little weak, but at least we can check that one off our list.
