Adam is One!!!

Our sweet Adam turned one on April 1st! We can hardly belive it! The kids were VERY excited for his birthday, to say the least. He just soaked up all the attention. Adam has had the sweetest dispositon of any of our babies-perfect for the 4th child. At this point in life he actually sits in strollers and shopping carts for extended periods of time without melting down-this is a first for us!! THe red tinge in his hair that has developed over the last year has made us wonder what we're in for in years to come, but now that's starting to get blonder. Adam got a mouthful of teeth pretty early and loves to chomp on hairballs and muddy flip flops-yuck! He is also the only one of our children with a small head, 20-25th percentile as opposed to 85-95th percentile.

We started the day off with a few presents and pancakes for breakfast (those are about the only kind of bread he'll eat). His favorite food it yogurt (just like all Kulbeth babies) and we had that later in the day.

The kids and I decided on a caterpillar cake that turned out pretty cute. Aaron's parents and sister and grandmother joined us for dinner and birthday cake.

Adam was a cautious cake eater at first which is a little surprising because he ALWAYS knows when I'm eating something sweet and comes to have a bite!
