2nd Grade, Here He Comes!
I'm not sure why the East starts so late, but we are finally 'Back to school'! Everyone was actually happy to get up early today (we'll see how long that lasts). After a healthy breakfast of leftover doughnuts (hopefully they won't require too much brain power on the first day-we'll get back to oatmeal tomorrow), and a few cheesy smiles outside, we were off to the bus stop...

Wow. Is Porter really in second grade? I remember coming over to your apartment and watching him once when he was just a baby. I had to use the blow dryer trick when he got fussy. Now he's so grown up!
