Oh beautiful daughter of ours! Jane, we love you! And can't believe you are a decade old! This last year has been quite physically challenging between her ankle and her neck , but she is a survivor and a thriver. She changed up the breakfast tradition, requesting cinnamon rolls instead of a treat cereal.
Jane wanted a punching bag this year and hits it with exceptional repeated accuracy and rhythm-it's amazing to watch. She also got a harmonica and hacky sack that she's getting quite good at.
Luckily her little girl cousins were in town and got to celebrate with us. Adam and Leo even snuck Lillian outside for a bit to ride around during the party.
Jane is active, obedient, creative, active, thoughtful, helpful, active and very loving. She likes making spaceships, cell phones, and marble labyrinths with cardboard, eating lunch with her principal who is also a friend, throwing the football with mom, long bike rides with dad, making chocolate chip cookies, being silly with her activity day friends, helping me babysit Abigail Harper, and cuddling her stuffed animals she believes to have feelings. So thankful for this only girl of ours!!
