February

Highlights from February:  broke in the s'mores machine that Aaron's sister gave us for Christmas.

Porter got hit in the eye with a chair at school-lucky guy got away with glue instead of stitches. Now his face is a bit more 'manly':)  This next picture was taken on my phone and couldn't have been choreographed better--I laugh every time I see it!  It was from a family trip to Home Depot or Lowe's which are typically accompanied by much weeping and wailing from the kids but for some blessed reason the big kids had good, fun attitudes that night.

One of my DIY friends inspired me to letter one of my favorite quotes on a canvas which I now use to cover up part of the cluttered DVD shelf.  OLYMPICS!  We love the Olympics and made our traditional fruit dip rings.  Men's and Women's snowboarding definitely a highlight.  Better luck next next time with the figure skating.

And Daddy turned 39 with lemon meringue pie!  The crowd around him seem to have gotten a LOT bigger since last year.  Aaron is a great balance of hard work and funny fun.  He recently bought too many giant exercise balls (hoping to turn one into a punching bag for the basement) and now we have balancing and bouncing contests on them at night when everyone is supposed to be getting ready for bed:/  'A' is for Aaron!
